One-click from the portal
The companion side panel can run automatic, driving eCrew, or manual, where you download and it classifies the file. One run can fetch roster, logbook, or both. First logbook pull asks for a history start date. Clean files can batch-confirm. Warnings pause for review. Nothing commits without confirmation. That is one-click that still checks for changes, against your last version, not a blank.

Photo of the amendment
easyJet changes often arrive as an image, not a file. Upload a picture of the eCrew screenshot. On-device OCR. Review current versus screenshot per day. Apply the days you select, up to fourteen. That is the airline-specific sharp feature, not a generic better roster. It is easyJet eCrew only.
Files if you already have them
Roster CSV: AIMS personal crew schedule report, duties, sectors, memos, training, times, airports. Logbook CSV: easyJet official logbook export, recognised when the profile airline is easyJet, including when the companion fetched the file. Night, IFR, and multi-pilot can auto-fill. Sim columns become simulator rows.
See what it was before
When a duty changes, eCrew shows the new thing. It does not show what was there before unless you photographed it or downloaded it first. That is asymmetric data. Without the before, it is much harder to know what actually moved.
CAVOK Life keeps the previous duty. The change log is the missing half of the picture: you see what changed, and what it was before. You finally hold your own roster, including its past.
A readable month, not the company app
List or calendar, colour-coded, on the home screen, still there offline. Checking the days should not feel like using the company system. Share a live passworded link with family so you stop being the screenshot helpdesk. Find overlapping off-time with friends inside the app. Historical months stay, including what changed along the way. Uncached months are not invented.
What is live versus what is coming
Checking a roster change against a union scheduling agreement is not live. That sits on the roadmap. The change log is live, because an agreement check only works if you know before and after.
