CAVOK Companion
One-click import is a Chrome extension, not a login on this site. CSV still works without it.
What it is
CAVOK Companion is a Chrome side panel. You sign into the airline portal as usual. The extension uses that browser session to fetch roster, logbook, or both. Nothing commits without confirmation. Today that wired path is easyJet eCrew.
Where to download it
CAVOK Companion is currently in Chrome Web Store review. Until it is approved, start the trial and import a CSV.
How to read the list
Every row can import a logbook CSV. Companion and known formats are the extras. Roster agreements are not live. We are wiring every European airline. We do not claim every airline is one-click today.
Logbook CSV
Yes, for every airline in the table, and for any operator not named yet. Drop the file in. If we already know the format, columns map themselves. If not, you map them once. Next time is one click. That is why every row says the logbook CSV works.
One-click companion
Live where we have wired the portal. Today that is easyJet eCrew, for logbook and for roster. The companion talks to the airline site from your browser session. Nothing commits without confirmation. It is not the login.
Roster agreements
Coming soon on every row. Checking a roster or a change against a union scheduling agreement needs the change log we already keep. Until that ships, it lives on the CAVOK Life roadmap, not in this product copy.
What each path actually does
The table is the status. This is the mechanism, so a CSV row is not mistaken for one-click, and a coming-soon column is not sold as live.
Known logbook format
easyJet's official logbook export, when the profile airline is easyJet. Jet2's sector and logbook export. Night, IFR, and multi-pilot can auto-fill where the file allows. Sim columns become simulator rows on the easyJet file.
Map once, then one click
Unknown file: you map the columns. CAVOK Life remembers the format. Next import is one click. That is the path for Ryanair, Wizz Air, British Airways, and anyone else we have not wired yet, including an operator that is not in the table.
Roster without companion
Roster pull through the companion is Premium and easyJet only today. Other airlines can still bring a roster in with a CAVOK CSV template. Logbook pull is on both plans where the adapter exists. See the electronic pilot logbook for hours, night, and AMC1 export.
Not the airline login
There is no username field, no password field, and no link dressed as eCrew or AIMS sign-in. The airline runs the operation in their app. CAVOK Life holds your copy. If you need the official portal, use the airline's own site.

Yes. Any European airline can import a logbook CSV. Map the columns once. We remember the format. One-click companion is only live for easyJet eCrew today.
What if my airline is not one-click?
Contact us to give it priority.
Is this the crew portal login?
No. CAVOK Life is a companion. You will not enter crew-portal credentials on this site. Use your airline's own portal for that.
When does my airline get one-click?
When we wire that operator. Tell us your airline if you want it as a priority. Until then, CSV still works. Roster agreements stay on the roadmap until they ship.
